You may use the Personal License if:

• You are an individual, and HaloImagery CCR is only for your personal use, or

• You are an individual or business using HaloImagery CCR commercially, and your annual gross revenue does not exceed US$5,000. 

  (If your annual gross revenue exceeds US$5,000, you must use a Commercial License).
